Auchterhouse Primary School, winning recipe pork & leek sausage.

A competition was held at the school and this recipe was chosen as the best. 4 of the pupils then visited our premises and made the sausages by themselves, mincing the meat and leaks, mixing the seasoning and filled the sausage macine. They then hand linked the sausages, weighed, bagged and labelled them.

The sausages were cooked and tested by the children in our takeaway immediately after with a "thumbs up "approval by all. We would like to the school staff and children for making this possible.

Auchterhouse Pork & Leek winning recipe sausage will now be available in our retail shops at a trial price of £5.99 per kilo.
